Return and Refund Policy

• Petsnutricare’s products cannot be returned or replaced once delivered.

• Petsnutricaredoes not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Petsnutricare’s.

• In case of any refund, Petsnutricare’s executive will contact you by email or phone to remit the refund.

• Once order is processed for dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed.

• For any express deliveries, customer needs to write to us (at [email protected]) with their special request, which only if feasible will be considered.

Grievance

• All product and shipping related concerns will be entertained within 24 hours of delivery only.
